An Unimagined Evening

As part of this years Sydney Writers’ Festival, ICE is pleased to present ‘An Unimagined Evening’, a conversation between visiting Pakistani author Imran Ahmad and Sydney-based Palestinian-Egyptian author and civil rights activist Randa Abdel-Fattah.
Amongst other things, the two authors will discuss Ahmad’s first novel ‘Unimagined’ which explores the dilemmas of a Muslim boy from Pakistan growing up in Britain. The novel has been awarded Book of the Year by three major newspapers and is currently being developed for television.
