DigiTales
ICE is the first Australian partner in the global digital storytelling project – DigiTales.
In February 2008, a group of young media leaders were trained in the art of digital storytelling by award-winning UK organisation Hi8us who started the DigiTales project in 2006. Following one week of intensive training, these media makers were then supported to train other young people from Western Sydney to make short films about their lives.
Following are some of the stories that have been made by participants of DigiTales Australia. Soon these stories will reside on the DigiTales website alongside stories from Finland, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands, Slovakia and the UK.
DigiTales Australia is a project of ICE, the British Council and Hi8us.
